Like I promised last post I was going to tell you a little about my self. So here goes nothing.
Hi, my name is Suzanna and I am an amateur illustrator and animator. I am currently going to school to earn my BFA for Animation/Illustration. (I know some of you have read this before, but it is just to stick it in.) I know that my skills are not very good yet, but I hope that you and me will see major improvement over time. I hope that this will lead to creative thinking and discussing with other creative people. I am also hoping that this leads to me getting a fan base where people like my art so much they want to buy some. That would be amazing!
So more about me, I am a pretty easy going person. I have been known to care too much about the people around me. But then again it takes a lot for me to actually trust someone, so I guess the person that I care for really deserves it.
Back to the art world, I would have to say that my least favorite type of art is that of abstract expressionism and cubism and all that mumbo-jumbo. It just gives me a headache just thinking about it. If you want to debate this topic with me then feel free to leave a comment. On the other hand one of my favorite time for art was the renaissance. I just loved the realism and how the way the colors looked. Not to mention some of the brilliant sculptures. My style I would say is still in the works. As of right now I would have to say it is a mix of the anime style with realism sometimes and comic book with a hint of Gothic flare. Yeah I am still working on it. I am hoping to do some scanning tomorrow so the next post will have some of my work. Please be kind with the critics. I am still learning. Until next time.
